By accessing and using this tuition management application ("Service") provided by Eleven Zero One, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

This Service provides a platform for tutors to manage their students, schedule lessons, track attendance, generate invoices, and handle payments. The Service is designed to streamline administrative tasks for private tutoring businesses and is operated by Eleven Zero One.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
